Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Associate to load, unload, ship, receive, scan, sort and stock packages in a bustling distribution center. The role may involve operating heavy machinery and will emphasize safety and accuracy in every task.

You will use warehouse software to manage outbound, inbound, and inventory control, supervise colleagues, and track performance. A high school diploma, forklift experience, and willingness to work flexible shifts (up to 5 days per week) are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in quality control procedures and lot/serial control - Required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience unloading and unpacking of shipments, picking, packing, shipping, pulling orders, performing inventory control, auditing and scanning - Required
• Forklift experience - Required

Responsibilities

• Uses software systems to perform all warehouse activities including the outbound process, inbound process, and inventory control.
• Supervises associates performing various warehouse tasks.
• Directs and tracks warehouse activities and performance.
• Ensures safety and quality compliance.
