GXO Logistics, Inc in California is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the mid shift (Mon-Fri 10:30am-7pm) to lead daily warehouse activities and a team.

The role focuses on ensuring efficient operations, scheduling, supervising, and coaching to raise performance while aligning with our quality standards. Candidates should have 2 years of relevant experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Mid Shift, Monday - Friday 10:30am-7pm

The annual salary range for this role is $70,304 - $78,000/Year. GXO, in good faith, believes this is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This rate may be modified in the future. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekendsIt’d be great if you also have:

• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience
