GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in California to lead daily warehouse activities, supervise staff, and drive performance improvements.

You will manage schedules, train team members, and ensure high-quality service while adhering to the GXO 7S program. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, plus a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and experience with MS Office and scanning equipment.

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and scanner equipment.
• Flexible schedule with possible overtime, including weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or 3PL experience.

The annual salary range for this role is $70,304 - $78,000/Year. GXO, in good faith, believes this is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This rate may be modified in the future. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekendsIt’d be great if you also have:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Bilingual English/SpanishExperience in an AS9100 or ISO environmentWarehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
• Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
• Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneelHandle or manage tools or equipmentTolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
