Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor - Distribution in Memphis, TN. The role is on-site with 2nd shift (2pm–10pm) and peak-season 3rd shift (10pm–6am); 2nd shift non-peak and 3rd shift peak. Compensation ranges nationally at $62,500–$70,000, with higher ranges in CA and WA.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will guide frontline associates, drive process improvements, and ensure a safe, productive warehouse environment within DHL’s global contract logistics leader footprint.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates, coaching and supporting as needed.
• Uphold health and safety regulations to foster a culture of safety.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
• Facilitate open communication and collaboration between leadership and frontline staff.
