YQN Logistics Co. is seeking a Full-time, onsite Warehouse Operations Leader in Katy, Texas. The role oversees a team, drives performance, and maintains safe, efficient warehouse operations with tight scheduling and reporting requirements.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher, 1+ year in logistics/warehouse management, leadership abilities, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• At least 1 year of logistics or warehouse management experience.
• Deep knowledge of the logistics sector and a network of providers.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of full-time employees in warehouse operations.
• Implement strategies to improve performance and productivity; provide coaching and feedback.
• Direct operational activities in warehouse settings, ensure safety and adherence to work instructions.
• Manage scheduling of employee time-offs with minimal disruption.
• Generate and distribute daily operational reports for oversight.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain facility security and inventory integrity.
