Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Warehouse Management Supervisor to lead a dynamic team in a 5-nanometer fab in Phoenix, AZ. You will oversee daily operations, optimize inventory accuracy, and drive continuous improvement in automation and processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
3+ years of relevant warehouse experience and 2+ years in a supervisor role.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned direct reports.
Receive, unpack, pack, load, issue, store and deliver materials; complete packing slips for shipments.
Monitor KPI's and identify value-added KPIs for warehouse health.
Supervise requisitions and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
Maintain inventory records and logs; produce required reports and catalogs.
Monitor automated warehousing system and enter data accurately.
Ensure warehouse efficiency by optimizing capacity and layout; drive continuous improvement.
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
Assist in establishing warehouse standards and participate in budget discussions.
