GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the 3rd shift in California. This role oversees daily warehouse operations, trains staff, and drives continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will manage schedules, coordinate with leadership, and ensure efficient execution of tasks to meet service expectations. A 2-year supervisory background plus bilingual skills are desired.

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience.

3rd Shift, Monday - Friday 11:00pm-7:30am

The annual salary range for this role is $70,304 - $78,000/Year. GXO, in good faith, believes this is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This rate may be modified in the future. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

2 years of relevant work experience
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekendsIt’d be great if you also have:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
Bilingual English/SpanishExperience in an AS9100 or ISO environmentWarehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience
