Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Manchester, NH. The role focuses on ensuring efficient daily warehouse operations, scheduling, coaching the team, and maintaining high customer service standards.

You will champion quality policy adherence and continuous improvement efforts within a dynamic logistics environment. Ideal candidates have 2 years of logistics experience, proficiency with MS Office and scanners, and flexibility for overtime.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field is preferred.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience (nice to have).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO environment is beneficial.
• Warehousing or 3PL experience is preferred.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

This job requires the ability:

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
• Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
• Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
• Handle or manage tools or equipment
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
