Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking someone to administer and operate its warehouses, handling processing, destruction and storage of physical assets. You will audit goods received, oversee receipt, storage, moves and shipments, and coordinate shipping schedules to optimize space and flow.

The role ensures procedures and equipment are maintained properly while supporting the organization’s asset lifecycle operations and logistics needs. This position is part of the Operations Group.

Responsibilities

• Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, destruction, and storage of all physical assets.
• Audits goods received into warehouse and oversees receipt, storage, moves and shipment of assets.
• Prepares schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
• Ensures operating procedures, space utilization, and protection of facilities and equipment.
