Responsibilities

• Receives, counts and records shipment data into the system; matches packing list to packed merchandise.
• Records receiving/shipping data using computer.
• Packs, unpacks, and marks stock items with labeling equipment.
• Identifies incorrect/short shipped items and notifies supervisor; validates orders.
• May drive truck/van or operate forklift to complete tasks.
• Verifies computations against stock counts; inspects stock for wear/defects.
• Maintains clean work area and follows safety policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
