RWC Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Everett, WA to help manage daily shipments, stock, and order fulfillment. You will check in new shipments, label stock, process inter-branch moves, and prepare items for dispatch.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Strong math and reading comprehension skills.
• General understanding of distribution center functions.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs and work at heights of 25 ft or more.
• Forklift certified or willingness to be certified within 90 days of hire.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Warehouse experience and material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Computer-literate with ability to learn software programs.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Check in new shipments for all vendors daily.
• Stock and label items with barcode bin labels.
• Process incoming inter-branch shipments and update packing slips.
• Generate picking lists and reports as needed.
• Pull customer orders and prepare for will-call, shipment, or dispatch.
• Maintain will-call parts and transfer to appropriate bin and order paperwork.
• Dispatch parts drivers to addresses on invoices or purchase orders.
• Process and maintain returns from stock.
• File freight claims for shortages or damaged parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
