Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will unload, sort, stage products and support shipping with RF scanning and forklifts, ensuring accuracy and safety.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years warehouse experience, strong teamwork, and good communication with customers and staff. This on-site role requires physical fitness, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to work in varied temperatures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 yrs. previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate with customers, sales personnel and internal staff.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Basic RF scanner knowledge preferred.
• Ability to pass PIT certifications provided by Global.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Ability to work in extreme hot and/or cold weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Unloading, sorting, and staging products.
• Sorting, staging, and preparing orders for shipments utilizing RF scanning system.
• Regularly lift and/or move objects 50-80 lbs, occasionally team-lift and/or team-move objects that weigh 80-150lbs.
• Complete, maintain daily, weekly maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Communicate any issues with specific shipping, delivery, packaging and tagging requirements to Customer Care, Warehouse Manager and/or General Manager.
• Respond to both internal and external customer requests in a timely manner.
• Complete work accurately, timely and with a high level of attention to detail.
• Assist in performing inventory cycle counts.
• Maintains Safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
• Safely operate all warehouse PIT including forklifts, reach trucks, stock pickers, clamp trucks and pallet jacks.
• Wear all proper safety equipment (PPE) as required.
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
