Job summary

Accurus Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Wichita, KS to verify data, manage records, and prepare shipments. You will operate forklifts and related equipment, inspect inbound materials, and ensure accurate documentation for carriers and customers.

You will maintain inventory, optimize packing for protection and cost, and support ERP data entry while adhering to safety guidelines and procedures on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a warehouse role performing stocking, order picking, and/or packaging.
• Forklift experience with a safe operation record preferred.
• Experience with export compliance and international shipping preferred.
• Ability to read and accurately interpret pick tickets, bills of lading, and inventory documents.
• Attention to detail and accurate counting, measurement, and recordkeeping.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills (English).
• ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes forklift, pallet jacks, dolly, and other material handling equipment to transport materials; may operate overhead or jib crane.
• Receives, unwraps, inspects, and stores incoming materials; records counts, weights, condition, and storage locations.
• Packages products to protect from damage during transportation and storage; ensure labeling and compliance with carrier requirements.
• Verifies accuracy of orders and maintains records; compares information against bills of lading and customer orders.
• Completes paperwork and data entry in ERP or other systems.
• Manages inventory of shipping materials and supplies; monitors expiration status.
• Regular attendance on-site and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Supports other internal processes as needed.
