Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb with frequent lifting and/or carrying up to 35 lb.
• Some client locations require a current valid driver’s license; MVR may be run.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect products, label items, and report discrepancies.
• Organize and store incoming products using FIFO for perishable items.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as required.
• Pick inventory to assemble orders for requisitions or par levels.
• Follow SOPs to meet accuracy and production standards.
• Move products to different warehouse areas or client locations using carts or powered vehicles.
• Conduct routine inventory counts as per location schedules.
• Complete administrative records (inventory logs, temperature/spoilage logs, inspections).
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
