Job summary

The Electrolux Group Lancaster RDC is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to ensure accurate receipt of inbound loads and on-time outbound shipments. You will collaborate with the Electrolux RDC Advocate Team, Sourced Deployment Team, International Transportation Team and Ryder Load Planners to maintain quality and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 5-7 years’ shipping/receiving clerk experience.
• Experience with SAP and WMS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple departments to achieve organizational goals.
• Provide leadership to staff and oversee warehouse operations.
• Coordinate unloading/loading, stacking, picking and staging.
• Direct department operations and ensure procedures are followed.
• Identify damaged products and coordinate resolution with Warehouse Supervisor.
• Recommend programs to improve operations focusing on CI and quality.
• Assist with monitoring daily KPIs, quality metrics and productivity.
• Coach operators on performance per Electrolux expectations.
