Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.
• Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear English communication for safety and documentation.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventories daily/weekly/monthly as requested.
• Operate and support Batchmasters software for receiving and production.
• Receive deliveries, perform quality checks, and log data.
• Build and prepare orders for customers and vendors.
• Organize storage and receiving areas; maintain cleanliness.
• Perform opening and closing tasks.
• Support other departments as needed.
• Complete USDA forms and warehouse documentation.
