Responsibilities include data entry in NetSuite, maintaining stock records, and coaching teammates as needed to sustain high fulfillment standards. The role emphasizes teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of warehouse or production experience.
• Minimum 6 months of experience with a warehouse management system (WMS) and handheld scanning technology.
• Forklift certification is a plus; training will be provided in-house.

Responsibilities

• Replenish inventory and maintain accurate stock locations.
• Frequently count and verify product accuracy.
• Move product physically and electronically between locations with precision.
• Receive incoming shipments and assist inbound logistics as needed.
• Enter data and maintain accurate records for receiving, wholesale, and inventory transactions in NetSuite.
• Track and log incoming and outgoing supplies and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Coach fellow team members as needed.
• Communicate proactively across shifts and departments.
• Develop NetSuite proficiency as responsibilities grow.
