Job summary

H.B. Fuller Company is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse activities at the Houston plant and offsite facility.

You will manage a team, ensure safety, and coordinate shipping/receiving, inventory control, and compliance with environmental and OSHA requirements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years of leadership in warehousing, SAP knowledge, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Science or Planning.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a warehousing environment.
• Experience in inventory control practices.
• SAP knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse activities and personnel at Houston plant and offsite facility.
• Ensure OSHA safety requirements and promote safe practices across the site.
• Manage inventory, cycle counts, and FIFO stock rotation to maximize accuracy.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving, track shipments, and liaise with customers and suppliers.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and maintain SAP transaction accuracy.
