Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking an Operations Manager to lead SIS project development and execution while directing dealer-facing customer service and owning all building, site and facilities maintenance for the PDC. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field of study.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

This role ensures operational continuity, regulatory compliance, asset reliability, and service stability through disciplined facilities management, project execution, and daily operational leadership. The Operations Manager is expected todemonstratestrong business acumen in distribution operations and applied industrial engineering.

Facilities & Site Maintenance Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Manage preventative and corrective maintenance programs
• Coordinate repairs, inspections, vendors, and capital work

• Strong understanding of distribution center cost drivers
