Job summary

Snelling is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager in Lubbock, TX. The role oversees day-to-day warehouse activities across multiple facilities within roughly 60 miles of Lubbock, leading staff and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities include supervising employees, coordinating cotton receiving/storage/shipping, and maintaining safe, compliant facilities. A strong leader with solid communication skills and basic computer/inventory system knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, agriculture, cotton, manufacturing, or similar operations.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory and shipping systems.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends during peak cotton season.

WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Lubbock, TX | $60,000/year + Year-End Bonus | Full-Time

Snelling is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager for an established West Texas agricultural organization. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing employees and day-to-day operations across multiple warehouse facilities within approximately 60 miles of Lubbock.

We’re looking for a dependable, organized leader who can manage people, keep operations running efficiently, and confidently handle the day-to-day challenges of a busy warehouse environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

PAY & BENEFITS

• $60,000 annual salary
