Job summary

DPR Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an Associate Manager - Warehouse to lead daily warehouse operations and deliver safe, accurate, and efficient results. You will guide staff, oversee inventory control, and coordinate shipping, receiving and order fulfillment within a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates have 4–6 years in warehouse or logistics operations and 1–3 years in a lead role, with forklift certification or ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams and coordinating daily operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory, shipping, receiving and cycle counts.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping and inventory control.
• Provides day-to-day guidance to warehouse staff to promote productivity and accuracy.
• Reinforces inventory control practices, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigation.
• Oversees order verification, documentation and shipment readiness.
• Ensures warehouse organization meets safety standards and supports workflow.
• Collaborates with internal teams to resolve inventory or delivery issues.
• Coordinates daily shipping activities and securing trucks for outbound deliveries.
