Job summary

Hankook & Company is seeking a Warehouse Unit Manager in Clarksville, TN to lead transportation, warehousing, inventory and distribution operations. You will drive efficient workflows, accurate stock levels and safe conditions on the warehouse floor, while guiding a high-performance team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and outbound shipping.
• Audit and report inventory; lead cycle counting and reconcile discrepancies.
• Manage warehouse staff: hiring, training, scheduling, timekeeping, PTO, disciplinary actions and performance.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and forklift training; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Use WMS and related systems to track inventory, manage workflows and generate reports.
