Job summary

Fujitec America is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to ensure inventory accuracy, load/unload trucks, and coordinate between the office and field teams to keep the warehouse organized.

The role requires a High School Diploma, at least 1 year in a related field, forklift certification, and a valid driver\'s license with 25-50% local travel; hours typically 6:00 AM–2:30 PM and physical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in related.
• Certifications: Forklift Operation.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
• Local Travel Expectations: 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager with daily tasks.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Control the inventory.
• Keep warehouse clean, accessible, and organized.
• Manage tool and supply requisitions.
• Ensure excellent communication and customer service between departments and other support functions as needed.
• Responsible for company delivery and vehicle/forklift operation.
• Deliver parts and equipment to job sites, move equipment between job sites, and haul off demolition equipment and trash.
• Complete warehouse safety audits per Fujitec safety standards.
