Responsibilities

• Oversee a multi-shift warehouse operation with 85% in warehouse and 15% in office.
• Manage daily scheduling, staffing, material management, compliance, training and auditing.
• Coach and develop team members with fair evaluations and discipline when needed.
• Promote a positive environment focused on key metrics.
• Ensure OSHA, DOT, EPA compliance and HazMat handling per Grainger policies.
