Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Portland, OR to lead safety, productivity, and attendance across workgroups. You will train teams, set high standards for accuracy, and foster a collaborative environment.

You will ensure adherence to all policies, coordinate resources, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong relationships with staff and management. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and the role requires lifting up to 70 lbs and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Flexible shift availability, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is preferred.
