Job summary

Turtle is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Riverhead, NY. You will lead the warehouse team, oversee receiving, storage, picking, and shipping to meet company standards, safety, and efficiency. The role requires hands‑on supervision, inventory accuracy, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, managing inbound/outbound shipments, and maintaining equipment. Monday–Friday shift with competitive benefits and a path for growth within a long‑standing electrical

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of warehouse experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Fork-lift certification required.
• Ability to read, count, and perform basic math.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to safety and following directions.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Warehouse staff and daily operations.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, and shipping activities.
• Maintain accuracy with inventory and WMS data.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate with project materials and shipments.
• Handle inbound/outbound shipments and packing.
