Job summary

HD Supply in Hyde Park, MA is hiring for a full-time non-exempt warehouse role. The position runs Mon-Fri, 3am-11:30am with overtime as needed, starting wage $22.00 hourly. You will support multiple departments, train and guide associates, and handle loading, unloading, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced DC environment.

Requirements include 18+ years old, ability to pass a drug test, and capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. Training on equipment like reach and pallet jacks is provided.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Able to pass a drug test.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, walk, move, push, and pull product throughout the day.
• Willingness to train to operate reach, clamp, order (cherry) picker, electric pallet jack or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains warehouse associates on warehousing duties, including providing training on material handling equipment.
• Coordinates and prioritizes warehousing work to ensure tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
• Operates material handling equipment to complete tasks, such as loading, unloading, picking, stocking, and staging inventory.
• Ensures all warehousing functions are running smoothly and escalates issues to management.
• Verifies and enters product and shipment data into inventory management system.
• Makes sure work areas are clean and follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Completes required paperwork during assigned shifts.
• Serves as back-up for all warehousing functions.
