Job summary

You will implement development plans, ensure thorough training, and coach staff to sustain professional growth and compliance with policy and local requirements. This role is permanent and requires flexibility in shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and maintains workgroups focusing on safety, production and attendance.
• Fosters relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Ensures safety policies are followed and department resources are used efficiently.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented environment and continuous improvement.
• Delivers orientation, skills training, evaluations, and coaching for staff.
