Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience or equivalent.
• SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Strong computer and communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse operations and staff to ensure safe, efficient facility use.
• Manage inventory levels, audits and accurate stock records with production.
• Enforce safety protocols and coach teams on SOPs and equipment use.
• Train and onboard associates; address attendance and HR concerns as needed.
• Oversee quality control, handling, storage and accuracy of workflows.
• Communicate with production, logistics and QA; lead shift meetings daily.
• Address issues; perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
