Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to professionally manage daily on-site warehouse operations, report to the Outbound Manager, and ensure OSHA and FDA compliance.

You will supervise staff, hire and train, maintain records, and coordinate shipments, inventory, and production support to meet daily quotas. This role offers comprehensive benefits and strong career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Forklift Certification.
• Be a good organizer.
• Experience with Occupational Safety and Health Administration and FDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse employees.
• Hire, orient, train and issue corrective action to team members.
• Approve payroll weekly.
• Coordinate training activities and deliver programs.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and intercompany shipments.
• Keep production areas stocked and warehouses compliant with OSHA and FDA regulations.
• Take accurate physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with production to meet daily quotas.
