Job summary

A&B Distributors is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced food and beverage distribution environment. You will lead a team, coordinate inbound and outbound activities, manage inventory, and uphold high safety and efficiency standards to support timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include directing warehouse workflows, supervising order pulling, assisting with receiving, loading, and dock management, and ensuring health and safety compliance across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree not required; HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading warehouse staff and coordinating inbound/outbound operations.
• Ability to maintain safety standards and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse staff to maintain accountability and safety.
• Direct daily warehouse operations including pick, inbound/outbound, and dock management.
• Ensure stock readiness and assist in unloading inbound deliveries and loading outbound shipments.
