Responsibilities

• Counsel and support hourly employees with needs/concerns as required.
• Address performance behaviors by commending positives and discouraging negatives.
• Use Quality Network problem solving to address opportunities and engage the workforce.
• Apply Workplace Organization (WPO) to improve layouts and efficiency.
• Update Daily Timekeeping System (TKS) to ensure payroll data accuracy.
• Document problem solving with A-3 reporting format and follow guidelines.
• Conduct daily meetings to communicate performance and engage employees.
• Perform weekly safety observation tours of departments.
• Plan daily workloads in advance and optimize shift performance.
• Observe contractual requirements and enforce shop rules.
• Perform daily SOP audit checks.
