Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor at our CDC/Branch location. You will lead daily warehouse operations, supervise a team, and ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires relevant experience, PIT certification, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds. We offer strong benefits and opportunities for growth within a respected electrical distribution company.

Qualifications

• College degree with 2+ years of related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
• PIT proficiency; reach truck, order picker, sit-down propane. Current certification a plus
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and handling small parts
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Responsibilities

• Strong Communication skills.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units to measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and OSHA safety standards.
• Verify and package product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
• Stage product for loading.
• Unload materials from truck.
• Move materials to warehouse for storage.
• Responsible for quality control. No damaged product shipped; no damaged product received.
• Operate PIT equipment: Stand up, reach truck, order picker and sit-down propane forklift.
• Complete daily logs for PIT.
• Clean and maintain work areas.
• Other duties as assigned
