Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee receipt, storage, inventory management, and distribution of materials and products. The role coordinates warehouse activities, ensures inventory accuracy, supports shipping and receiving, and promotes a safe and organized work environment.

The position reports to the Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager and requires strong collaboration with Procurement, Operations, and Customer Service to drive efficiency and safety across the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management and cycle counts.
• Familiarity with safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Strong collaboration with multiple departments.
• Ability to organize and improve warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving and verify against orders and packing slips.
• Organize warehouse layout and movements to maximize space and efficiency.
• Provide daily direction to warehouse staff and cross-functional teams.
• Enforce safety policies, OSHA compliance, and incident reporting.
