Job summary

Mesa Moving and Storage in Belgrade, MT seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee loading, unloading, and warehouse organization, ensuring efficient operations and safe practices.

You will coordinate with management, customer service, and the billing department, maintain inventory, and ensure adherence to SLAs while using Extensiv 3PL and MoversSuite systems. This role may require overtime and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment.
• Basic math and inventory management skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Forklift Certification required (in-house training provided).
• Good communication skills and ability to work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse activities, including loading, unloading, and inventory control.
• Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring safety and security standards are met.
• Communicate with designated management regarding issues and workflow.
• Perform Warehouse Supervisor functions while working with Customer Service and Local Operations/Dispatch.
• Operate Extensiv 3PL and MoversSuite systems.
• Evaluate productivity and performance of warehouse staff to ensure successful completion of services.
• Ensure that all service level agreements and measurables for company and clients are achieved.
• Maintain equipment and workspace cleanliness.
• Report Warehouse capacity levels weekly.
• Complete Monthly Safety and Equipment Reports.
• Due to the dynamic nature of warehouse operations, supervisors might be required to work overtime, including evenings and weekends.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
