Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent reading, writing and speaking of English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software (Epicor Prophet 21, QuickBooks, FreshBooks, or similar).
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receives items verifying packing slip, product and PO via 3-way match.
• Process receipts and allocations in the ERP system.
• Stock items correctly in bin locations and physically.
• Process shipments and transfers in Epicor P21 and partner systems.
• Assist walk-in customers in identifying products and solutions.
• Create customer orders in Epicor P21 for walk-ins.
• Process customer returns (RMAs) per guidelines.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and participate in quarterly inventories.
• Kit and hand-assemble pipe stack kits for customers/field team.
• Safely use warehouse equipment and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
