Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, detail oriented, and able to work with minimal guidance.
• Must be able to work overtime and participate in physical inventory.
• May require hazmat training certification and power equipment operation certification.

Responsibilities

• Verifies transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products.
• Updates warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and records to preserve data integrity.
• Tracks fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and issue identification.
• Prepares dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation for accurate processing.
• Reviews routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and routes unresolved issues.
• Confirms handling, storage, and movement requirements.
