Job summary

Rush Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Clerk in Atlanta, GA to support inventory accuracy and customer service. Responsibilities include receiving shipments, updating stock locations, and preparing orders for delivery or will call.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds or more.
• Three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Valid driver license with insurability.
• Forklift training and certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify all incoming shipments and match counts to packing slips.
• Process and store incoming stock within 24 hours, barcode correctly.
• Assign locations and update system for new parts, label and organize.
• Check in and process inter-branch shipments; generate picking lists.
• Pull customer orders and prepare for will call, shipment, or delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and follow safety policies.
• Manage will-call bins and paperwork.
• Process junk cores: tag, store, and return to vendors weekly.
• Dispatch drivers and provide driving directions as needed.
• Process customer returns and ensure resale condition.
