Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Learn warehouse operations and collaborate with warehouse staff.
• Acquire knowledge from the training leader about leading and building a culture of excellence.
• Understand and follow all relevant policies and procedures.
• Assist leadership with training and administrative tasks.
• Take initiative to improve warehouse associate performance and efficiency.
• Attend and assist with interview events and orientations.
• Support the Inventory Control Team with inventory control tasks.
• Assist with Waste Walks and Seven Step Problem Solving.
• Prepare and present a report on warehouse operations to ALDI executives.
• Work closely with team members to develop subject matter knowledge.
• Attend company and team trainings and meetings as appropriate.
• Maintain professionalism by demonstrating excellent attendance, adhering to guidelines, and meeting objectives on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About You

• Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.

Compensation & Benefits

• Wage of $28.00 per hour plus eligibility for overtime.
