Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Operations Support Clerk to receive, process, verify, and help move customer orders in our warehouse network. The role includes picking, packing, coordinating with production and shipping, and assisting with inventory control.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Agricultural knowledge and background preferred.
Basic computer skills required.
Valid driver’s license.
Excellent communication skills, and a willing attitude.

Responsibilities

Receive, process, and verify customer orders for shipment.
Perform general warehouse duties, including stacking products and other duties.
Prepare product receivers for incoming inventory.
Respond to inquiries from customers, drivers and management.
Work closely with production, shipping and accounting departments to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Load or assist in loading trailer with materials using a forklift.
Answer phone call and interact with customers.
