Job summary

Air Squared Manufacturing, LLC in Commerce City, Colorado, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to receive, store, and distribute materials within the warehouse and manufacturing floor. This full-time, non-exempt role offers a pay range of $23-$28 per hour based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities include receiving and shipping, processing in ERP, moving inventory across warehouse and WIP, cycle counts, audits, and maintaining a clean, safe, organized facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with inventory control preferred.
• Experience with UPS/FedEx/DHL small package shipping; LTL knowledge preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and Shipping, unloading trucks, receiving products against purchase orders in ERP.
• Issue parts to work orders in ERP and bring parts to the proper location on the manufacturing floor.
• Use ERP to move inventory between warehouse, WIP, and outside operations.
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed, packaged and/or shipped.
• Sort materials onto racks/bins according to part number, code, or bin location.
• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and accessible for staff and visitors.
• Assist in improving warehouse organization and efficiency.
• Load and transport materials to/from suppliers using company trucks.
• Maintain accurate ERP transactions and perform cycle counts.
