• Meet or exceed Labor standards/KPIs.
• Process inventory transactions by case or pair.
• Perform processing activities per work instructions.
• Operate facility equipment (e.g., carton erector).
• Maintain pace with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Pack cartons neatly and apply correct shipping labels.
• Conduct quality assurance activities as required.
• Identify improvement opportunities and share with supervisors.
• Assist in training and cross-training activities.
