Job summary

GALLS is hiring a Warehouse Associate at a retail store location in Wilmington, NC. You will handle back-of-house duties, ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, and uphold a safe, organized warehouse environment. Training is provided to learn required processes.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, labeling, inventory control, and teamwork to meet productivity goals. This role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and safety in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving; GALLS will train.
• Strong computer proficiency; prior WMS and MS Excel experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to execute daily tasks and orders.
• Ability to perform basic math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Highly organized with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily productivity standards.
• Willing and able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Print and sort pick tickets to fulfill orders and match with packing list and carton shipping label.
• Audit complete orders for quality.
• Construct boxes to required size and label appropriately.
• Fill void space in boxes and seal for shipment.
• Manifest and load orders for shipment.
• Sort products by location and description; restock as needed.
• Perform tasks as assigned by Manager.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area; restock supplies.
