Job summary

Action Resource Management seeking a General Warehouse Associate in Perris, CA. Responsibilities include receiving shipments, picking and packing orders, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and assisting inventory control. Must lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work well in a team with overtime flexibility.

Experience in warehouse operations and basic math are valued. Pallet jacks and basic packaging tasks will be used daily.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse experience a plus.
Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic math skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime as needed.
You should be proficient in: Warehouse Experience, Distribution Experience, Loading and Unloading Vehicles, Heavy Material Handling, Packaging Experience.

Responsibilities

Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and restocking shelves.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
