CORPORATE RESOURCES OF IL LTD is seeking a Warehouse Operations Assistant in Bloomingdale, IL to help manage daily warehouse activities and keep operations efficient. The role supports inventory, receiving, and shipping, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure on-time deliveries.

Required are a high school diploma and 6 months to 1 year in a warehouse/operations setting, with strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Benefits are included with the position.

Qualifications

• Day-to-day warehouse operations support.
• Enter and maintain accurate inventory, receiving, shipment data.
• Monitor inventory and shipment info, resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Customer Service on orders/deliveries.
• Provide general operational and administrative support to the warehouse team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months–1 year experience in warehouse/operations or related fields.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate information.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and help keep workflow moving efficiently.
• Enter and maintain accurate inventory, receiving, shipment, and product information in company systems.
• Monitor inventory and shipment information and help identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Customer Service, and other departments regarding orders, materials, and deliveries.
• Provide general operational and administrative support to the warehouse team as needed.
