Job summary

Fuse Technical Group is hiring for an entry-level Warehouse Operations role in our audio-visual gear warehouse. The position involves fast-paced physical work, standing, lifting, and loading/unloading equipment. You will use Rental Works for order fulfillment and inventory control and will work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work daily in Rental Works to fulfill transfers and orders accurately and efficiently.
• Responsible for scanning barcodes to track assets outbound and inbound.
• Ensure gear is packed safely for travel to avoid damages during transit.
• Assist with loading and unloading of trucks and shipments.
• Notify floor Lead or Operations Management regarding gear shortages.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist with warehouse organization.
• Shadow Operations Lead employees to update knowledge via training videos.
• Perform other tasks as assigned within department or by operations management.

Job description

The Warehouse Operations role is an entry level position in our audio-visual equipment warehouse. This position is a fast paced, high intensity on your feet job and includes physical work, standing, lifting, pushing/pulling, loading and unloading equipment. This also requires use of a computer-based inventory program, Rental Works for order fulfillment and inventory management. The weekly schedule for this position will include weekends.

This position reports to and supports the Operations Manager.

Key Accountabilities:

• Work daily in Rental Works to fulfill transfers and orders accurately and efficiently
• Responsible for the scanning of barcodes to track assets both outbound and inbound
• Ensure gear is packed safely for travel to avoid any damages during transit
• Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks and shipments
• Notify floor Lead or Operations Management regarding any gear shortages
• Maintain a clean work area and assist with general warehouse organization
• Qualified candidate will be organized, focused, and self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude
• Work with inventory department on the barcoding of assets when necessary
• Updates job knowledge by watching Rental Works training videos and capitalizing on shadowing Operations Lead employees
• Other tasks as assigned within specific department or from operations management
