Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Warehouse Non-CDL Driver in Toledo, OH. This role offers a 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM schedule Monday–Friday and pays $19.00–$20.00 per hour. You will be handling local deliveries, loading and unloading freight, and ensuring on-time routes while maintaining safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a CDL-A license, DOT Medical Card, and cleaning driving record with CDL experience. Staffmark provides medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), EAP, and weekly pay benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license and DOT Medical Card
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR
• 1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (past 5 years)
• Ability to load/unload and secure freight

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service during all deliveries and interactions
• Safely operate and maintain the assigned delivery vehicle
• Transport products from origin to customer locations on local routes
• Load, unload, and secure freight including boxes, pallets
• Utilize hand dollies and pallet jacks for deliveries
• Obtain customer signatures or warehouse scans to confirm deliveries
• Follow delivery schedules and ensure timely deliveries
• Assist with route planning and navigation
• Communicate with dispatch and management regarding delivery status
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate driving logs and delivery records
• Comply with DOT regulations and company policies
• Keep vehicles clean and presentable

• Report maintenance concerns or delivery issues promptly
• Comply with all company policies, traffic laws, and DOT regulations
• Keep vehicles clean and presentable at all times

Driving Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• DOT Medical Card
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR
• 1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years)
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)
