Job summary

ABL Wholesale Distributors is seeking a Warehouse Night Shift Associate in Kentucky for a Sunday-Thursday night shift, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. The position offers an hourly rate of $17.33 to $19.25 after 6 months, with a 8-12 week ramp period to the top tier.

You will use the Pick Right system to locate and scan products, pick items, box deliveries, and maintain order accuracy. Expect to work in cooler/freezer environments and rotate through warehouse areas while supporting safety and quality

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading & writing); basic math skills required.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet.
• Comfortable working in cold environments (cooler/freezer).
• Willing to rotate through different warehouse areas.
• Dependable, flexible, and a team player.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Use our Pick Right system to accurately locate and scan products

• Work in both cooler and freezer environments for full shifts

• Move throughout the warehouse to support wherever needed

Shift Schedule:

Sunday-Thursday
10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Full-time position

Pay Rate:

• $18.35/hour starting

• $20.39/hour after 6 months
  (This position is part of a collective bargaining agreement)
