Job summary

Sysco is seeking a warehouse selector in California to pull orders on an electric pallet jack, organize the product by assignment, and load onto designated routes in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities include loading orders assigned by the operations clerk and performing other duties as directed by supervisors.

Must be able to work in a cooler environment and lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 80 lbs infrequently, with ability to climb on/off powered equipment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Preferred 1 year related experience; electric pallet jack experience preferred.
• Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for long periods in a cooler environment.
• Physical: Lift 50 lbs frequently; up to 80 lbs infrequently; climb on/off powered equipment; bend, squat, push and pull.
• Environment: Work in confined spaces.
