CTS Distributing, Inc. is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate and Delivery Driver to support customer satisfaction by safely transporting items and maintaining organized warehouse operations in Colorado.

The role combines picking, packing, and loading with delivery duties, following routes and time schedules. The ideal candidate will demonstrate safety awareness, teamwork, and attention to detail, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring orders are accurate and on time.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Warehouse: stock, pull, and organize product safely and efficiently.

• Breakdown inbound trucks and build pallets for outbound shipments.
• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts.

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse associate and Delivery Driver who is concerned with customer satisfaction and transporting items in a safe, timely manner. As a warehouse associate you will pick, pack, pull product in an efficient manner, and keep the warehouse organized and safe. The Delivery Driver will pick up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. You must be willing to work as part of the delivery team in order to ensure that the items are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct client.

To be successful in these rolls you will need to have safety awareness, a teamwork mindset, and attention to detail. Our future employee will also have a focus on prompt and precise customer service.

Warehouse Responsibilities

• Stock, pull, and organize product/orders accurately and in a safe, efficient manner
• Work with other warehouse personnel as a team to accomplish all daily and weekly goals.
• Breakdown inbound trucks and build pallets for outgoing trucks
• Safely and effectively operate a forklift (both sit-down and stand-up)
• Help keep warehouse clean and organized
• Properly fill out necessary paperwork
• Follow all safety protocol
• Help maintain inventory with detail-oriented mindset.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Loading, transporting, and delivering product to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure orders are complete and the customer is satisfied.
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Providing excellent customer service at all times, answering questions, and handling complaints from customers.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Accepting payments for delivered items.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
• Operating equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.

Delivery Driver/Warehouse Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license issued by the state you intend to work.
• Clean driving record.
• MUST be comfortable driving mountain routes including winter weather conditions.
• Special licenses may be required to operate certain vehicles.
• Experience driving box trucks(18ft-26ft) preferred.
• Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
• Strong time management and customer service skills
• Ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items (up to 50lbs) for extended periods.
• Attention to detail.
